Shipping and Handling
- The Subjugate shop is currently PRE-ORDER ONLY. We expect our packages and tracking notifications to go out between July and August of 2024. Follow our social media for updates.
- Physical Subjugate packages will be shipped from the United States.
- Digital Subjugate products will be sent out via email after physical packages are sent out.
- We ship worldwide. If you are unable to place an order, please contact us and we will try to address the issue.
- Please be very careful when entering shipping information as we cannot offer refunds on orders that are successfully delivered to an incorrect addresses.
- If you need to correct the address on your order please contact us with:
- The name you provided for your order
- The order number
- The error made and what the correct information should be

Refunds and Damage
- You may request a refund for your order while pre-orders are still open.
- Once pre-orders close, we can no longer offer any refunds.
- If pre-orders are still open and you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us with:
- The name you provided for the order you wish to cancel
- The order number you wish to cancel
- If your package is returned to us for any reason, we can re-send it to the correct address for an additional shipping fee.
- Subjugate books and merchandise will be carefully packaged to prevent damage from normal shipping and handling. We cannot control damage that may occur due to extreme conditions or negligence of the postal service. We cannot offer refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
- Acrylic items arrive with a thin protective film on them, and must be peeled! If your charm looks “scratched” or “foggy”, try peeling it first.
- If you wish to re-purchase damaged goods, please contact us to find out if there is extra stock available.
The team at Subjugate are not liable for any damages that occur to our products once they have been removed from their packaging.
